I use a little kitchen scale to make most of my products, so this
recipe will be in weights and measures instead of cups. In Canada we are metric
too... so :/ I hope you can use. This recipe isn't necessary to get exact either,
it's pretty forgiving, and you just keep on adding butter or margarine until it is the
right consistency.. so play with this one a little bit. It's certain you won't have
any trouble at all getting rid of your experiments.
150 gm. Graham Crumbs
1/2 c. Peanut Butter (360 gm)
3/4 C. Margarine (100 gm)
345 gm. Icing Sugar
13 oz. Chocolate
Toss everything but the butter or margarine and the chocolate into a
mixing bowl. I used my mix master to get it right. Add margarine until the
mixture sticks to itself a bit. (Wait for a bit between additions because it can
suddenly become too much.)
Press into 9 x 13 " greased pan, and cover with the 13 oz of
melted chocolate. Freeze for just a moment or two until it is no longer moist, run a
knife through it to score it for cutting later, and then re-freeze for a few moments until
the chocolate all sets up.
You can then turn these upside down and dip into even more chocolate,
or serve them as is. They are delicious!!!!
