Mix evaporated milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over
medium heat. Heat to boiling, then cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts. Stir 1
- 2 minutes until marshmallows melt. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan.
Cool. Cut into squares.
