This recipe for Honey Caramels looks very good indeed. Dip them in candy coating, (quick setting craft chocolate you buy at your local grocery store, or craft store) You will need:
2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 c. sweet cream
1/4 c. butter
Blend all ingredients in saucepan. Place over low heat, mixing continuously
until sugar is dissolved. Continue boiling at low temperature until firm-ball stage is
reached when tested in cold water. Remove from heat. Cool slightly, then beat
until creamy. Pour into wax paper-lined greased pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
