I've been asked lately by several
people for the recipe that was available on the Kraft Marshmallow
Cream jars a few years ago.. and as luck would have it.. I still had one of the jars..
so I have taken the recipe and put it here for your use.
3 cups Sugar 3/4 cup Margarine 1 - 160 ml can evaporated milk
1 - 350 g. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 - 200 g jar of Marshmallow cream. 1
cup chopped nuts 1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in a 2
litre (8 cup) saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly
(mixture scorches easily). Remove from heat; stir in chocolate
chips until melted. Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla,
beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Cool; cut in squares.
